(ConservativeUnit.com)- During a Labor Day conference, President Donald Trump acknowledged the existence of what is commonly called the “Military-Industrial Complex.” The president suggested that while he believes the average American soldier loves him, he thinks that top military officials and those who work in the Pentagon may not be his biggest fans because he doesn’t support expensive wars.
Left-wing media and Democrats have long argued against long and expensive wars, and the concept of the Military-Industrial Complex has long been touted by the likes of CNN. Now, though, it’s a Republican president saying it and CNN launched an all-out attack on him.
“Trump launches unprecedented attack on military leadership he appointed,” CNN wrote, in what is one of their most propaganda-like headlines yet.
Rather than just agreeing with the president on an issue they’ve widely covered before – because let’s face it, CNN is an opinion outlet – they chose to attack the president and suggest he was somehow being hypocritical because he appointed some military officials.
In the speech, President Trump said, “I’m not saying the military’s in love with me. The soldiers are. The top people in the Pentagon probably aren’t because they want to do nothing but fight wars so all of those wonderful companies that make the bombs and make the planes and make everything else stay happy.”

That’s literally what the Democrats have been saying for years.
MSNBC anchor Joe Scarborough pretended to be offended by the comments, too, saying they were “deeply ignorant” and “insulting” as if Scarborough is some kind of moral authority on matters relating to war.
“From Dwight Eisenhower to Colin Powell, it has been our military leaders familiar with the hell of war who have hated it the most,” he said.
In the CNN piece, Ryan Browne said President Trump “accused US military leaders of seeking to start wars to boost the profits of defense contractors” and described his words as “extraordinary.”
The left hates President Donald Trump so much that if he says something they agree with, they’ll change their minds instantly!
