Ted Cruz’s Wife Reportedly Feels Betrayed By Neighbors

(ConservativeUnit.com)- Texas Senator Ted Cruz is angry at his neighbors after group messages that included his wife, Heidi Cruz, were leaked to the press following the Democrats’ manufactured scandal about a trip to Cancun.

Cruz became the focus of a media smear campaign earlier this month when photographs of him and his family at the airport on the way to Mexico were shared online. It occurred as Texas was hit by extreme weather conditions, leaving millions without water, heat, and electricity.

The far-left New York Times released text messages from Heidi who encouraged other people living on their street to join them on the trip. In the group chat, titled “Lovelies,” Heidi Cruz encouraged neighbors to get away from the terrible weather by taking a vacation with her family.

But Ted Cruz lashed out at neighbors who betrayed her, telling Josh Holmes on the “Ruthless” podcasts that his wife is “p*ssed.”

“I will say, Heidi is pretty p*ssed at that,” he said. “She was over at the neighbor’s house yesterday, sort of walking through.”

Cruz blamed politics becoming “nasty” for the leak and described how some of his neighbors are Democrats.

“Look, our neighbors, we got a number of Republicans who are neighbors but we also have a lot of Democrats, folks on our streets who put up Beto signs, which I thought was a little rude,” he said. “But you know, I didn’t hold a victory party in their front yard when I won.”

Cruz encouraged his neighbors to just “don’t be a**holes.”

“Yeah, like, you know, treat each other as human beings, have some degree, some modicum of respect,” he said.

In some of the leaked text messages, also shared by the Daily Mail, Heidi Cruz invited her neighbors to gather at her house where it was warm, and then asked if anybody wanted to leave for the week.

“We may go to Cancun there is a direct flight at 445pm and hotels w capacity,” she wrote.

“Seriously. Covid test to come back which we will take there.”

Heidi Cruz then told her neighbors the details of the flights on February 17 and 21, before once again inviting people to her home where they have a fireplace.

“Are you guys warm enough…We have a fireplace!” she said. “Let us know…”

Cruz returned from his vacation early, admitting that it was a “mistake,” and revealed that he had been working for several weeks with Texas leaders to prepare for the bad winter weather.

Since the manufactured scandal, Cruz has been working overtime, not only performing the duty of a senator but delivering water and supplies to people in Texas who don’t have access to vital water, heat, or energy.
